How Do I Submit My Forms?
You may send us your forms in several different ways:

Verification Forms
Only complete a verification form if you have been requested to do so. Please only complete the specific form(s) requested on your Missing Information email or instructed by the Financial Aid Office; your financial aid file cannot be processed until all requested form(s) are received.
Financing Options
Students who have an outstanding balance after financial aid do have options for financing and/or making payments. Listed below are instructions for payments and financing.
- Provided by private lenders
- Taken out in the student’s name
- Students without a credit history of about 2 years will need a qualified co-signer
- In most cases, international students will need a US co-signer

- Students must have completed the FAFSA to qualify
- Graduate students can take the Graduate Plus Loan
- Dependent Undergraduate Students can have a parent take out a Parent Plus Loan

Payments can be made online via Self-service by credit card or electronic check. To log in go to the and click Self-Service.
Payment Plans are available for any amount of tuition due. To sign up go to and click Enroll In A Plan.

Special Circumstances
If there is a change in circumstances or unusual circumstances, such as loss of job or large out of pocket medical bills contact the Financial Aid Office. A change in adjusted gross income of at least 20% or out of pocket medical bills of at least 11% may qualify students for an appeal.
